My experience with POINT was very positive. Anita treated me with professionalism, respect, and courtesy throughout the entire loan process. While it took a little longer than expected, I was kept informed of where we were in the process with regular updates. Excellent communication! They never hesitated to answer any questions, they always did so promptly and made sure I was satisfied with the answers I received and/or the information I was given. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a Home Equity Investment Loan. They also do other loan types and are an awesome group of people to work with. The customer service I received from everyone involved, especially Anita, was exceptional! This is a trustworthy company. I appreciate all the steps they took to make sure I completely understood all of the terms and processes.

It all started with a flyer in the mail that sparked my interest in at least investigating this offer from Point Digital Finance. I called the number and I was connected to Amanda Nunez who very professionally and diligently, explained to me the program and answered all of my immediate questions. At the end of this first introductory phone call she said: there is no pressure, think about it and call back with any questions”
I was given her number and a few days later I did call Amanda for some clarification. This program from Point Digital was exactly what I was looking for and Amanda gave me the comfort level to go to the next steps. Within a reasonable amount of time Amanda and her colleagues arranged for my property appraisal and completed all of the documentation necessary to have my funds released.

Even though it took a long time to get the loan, it was not the POINT's fault! You cannot get approved for any type of loan if you have house insurance that is given to you by your mortgage lender called "Forced Insurance". I went ahead got my home inspected requested by my insurance agent and got my own home insurance. After this my loan went quite fast and I went to closing and got the money four days later. Even though I applied May 26th, 2023 and finally got the loan November 21st because I was denied two times before for other reasons, I'm glad that I kept trying and the third time was the charm. The entire staff was nice to me and never felt like I was bothering them. You have to check your tasks that you have on your home page with the point telling you how far you are to closing and what you need to do to get there. THE SECRET TO GETTING THE LOAN FAST IS SENDING BACK DOC'S THAT THEY REQUIRE FAST LIKE I DID WITHIN 15-120 MINUTES SO IT CAN PROCESS FASTER! So they deserve five stars! I recommend them highly!!

Everybody was kind and helpful during the whole process.
We were thinking the process took too long but in respect to the months it took , it was right on time for the money to come. Everybody remember your anxiety in receiving money outpaces the time table it takes to process it to get to you.
