Since I was experiencing another large increase on my premium for auto insurance with Farmers, it was time to get a quote from other insurance companies. A friend recommended Erie Insurance, where I met Matt, who sat down with me and went over my policy. Matt was able to get me better coverage for almost HALF the cost of my previous premium! I lived in Two Rivers for almost two years. When I arrived, I talked to several insurance companies and I went with Port Cities. They were super helpful all the time, always available to answer questions. They always worked diligently to make sure I had the best policy at the lowest rate possible. Never did they seem impatient, too busy, or annoyed. These people are absolutely the best insurance agents to work with! I have moved from Two Rivers and have since worked with two other insurance companies. I deeply wish Port Cities could just move with me! I miss working with these amazing people.
