I had a very poor experience when I was a with the Portal agency. After being a customer and going through some hardship, I was trying to get a new policy wrote for myself. Upon trying to do this, I was informed that I was not able to be helped.
The reason being, I didn't sign a voluntary flood rejection form.
I then tried to request a new agent and was told that no one would be able to help me and now I am forced to take me business elsewhere.

I drove four hours to meet with Bradley and his team only to be ghosted and never heard from them again. He didn't have the decency and respect to contact me afterwards. He is a man of low moral values and character. Do not do business with these people.

First of all that's a lie. There was nothing unprofessional said to you being my last email/correspondence was "I take that as a no with no response. Good luck to you" after numerous communication attempts when I was ignored. You didn't even have the courtesy to let me know. The understanding to begin with was Gulf Shores so don't get that twisted from a previous acquisition in which you turned into a pariah of itself from what I understand due to your poor, weak leadership skills. This is a reflection of how he handles business and treats people especially in the event of a claim. Avoid this agency at all possible costs.
