I had an ADU to rent but lacking the time and resources I turned to Prandi Realty. Matt and Gustavo were able to help me in short order. They advertised and showed the unit while I was at work. I found them to be very professional and always provided timely updates and thorough vetting. I now have a signed lease. Pricing was reasonable and I found the process to be painless.
