I've had a stellar 5 star experience working with Marissa Metz. I was in need of an update to our Personal Articles Policy as well as an addition to our existing Hazard policy and on both fronts Marissa did an outstanding job. Worst agent at State Farm. Has mishandled our home insurance for two years. Now State Farm decided to not renew our fire insurance and Preeti was completely incompetent during the process of getting on the state FAIR plan and state farm liability only. First she didn’t mention that FAIR charges a 3.5% transaction fee if you use a CC to pay( which is required in advance before moving to state farm covering liability. Then she bait and switched the pricing quoted for liability insurance. In the end the State Farm portion of the policy was 40% higher than the quote. I am now looking at taking my complete State Farm book of insurance to a different company. All because this agent is in completely over her head.
