if i could give zero stars i would. i have tried to reach management at this agency regarding a small issue for 4 months and they never respond. i have 3 policies with them. my former agency martha benjamin merged with preferred - i did not choose them. what began as a small issue has become ridiculously time consuming and annoying due to their lack of caring and horrible customer service. i have never had an experience like this and highly discourage anyone from doing business with them. i am happy with my erie insurance but they don't let you transfer your business to another agent and i am stuck here unless i leave erie insurance. the lack of caring from management at preferred insurance is outrageous.
