Charges exorbitant monthly management fees to hold long term stocks like Pepsi. Did NOT reinvest our dividends as requested. My husband specifically requested to invest in electric cars, and they put it in KAThY WOODS ARKK fund. Fine, but again no communication and Morningstar gave it their lowest negative rating, 1 star. We specifically asked for “electric cars” no idea if that’s when the ARKK funds were purchased? Or if they blew off the request.

Who we contacted in Dec 1 2020 because we needed to stop adding $$ to a fired employees account. He brought someone to “help” us with quickbooks, but she wasn’t familiar with our version and I had to help her navigate to every screen, Unannounced to us, we received a $100 bill for an hour consultation that was fruitless.

exorbitant Fees, no communication, doesn’t do as promised.
Do we have a responsibility to keep up with our investments, sure. Snail mail isn’t sufficient contact when a fund drops more than 20%. Or for any changes in our portfolio holdings.
