Donna was absolutely wonderful! She went out of her way to help my Mother to understand all of her options when it came to selling her fixer upper of a house. Donna was so patient and explained everything in easy to understand details. She made sure to honor my Mother's wishes to sell to someone who's intentions were to try to preserve the house and not to tear it down. And she got us a fair price! Something that a previous company my Mom had dealt with did not do! Almost 10,000 dollars worth more than what the previous company had! If you want a good buying or selling experience please do yourself a favor and see Donna first! She is fair, ethical and you can trust her 100 %!

The home buying process is not an easy one, even when everything goes according to plan. If anything could "come up" during the process of buying a house, I think we had it come up for us. Despite it all, Wanda "Charly" Manring of Premier Properties kept us sane. She was always just a call, text, or email away if we were confused, frustrated, had questions or just needed to vent. If she didn't have the answer for us, she always found it and got back to us right away. She is an amazing, knowledgeable realtor and never made us feel as though we were a bother, even though I know we probably were. She is now a lifelong friend to our family. We love Premier Properties and we love Charly Manring!
