I have lived in one of their properties for two years now, and let me tell you, these people CARE about their tenants. I say "these people" because it's the entire staff from the office to the maintenance to the owners. They ALL care. Every time we've had an issue with the rental (which isn't often because they check on us!) they have been prompt.
I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent. People like them are a rarity and I'm so happy to be their tenant.

Premier Property is just that “Premier” it’s 1st of its kind & yes they are, as I like to say, Prime: of the Best possible Quality; Excellent!
Thus they live up to their name. Everyone, from Cameron to Jeremy and his crew (Gaven & David) are Always professional and yet kind and understanding. I Absolutely love being a part of their community as a Renter because they, in short, actually Care☺️
Their Care can be seen by the way they promptly take care of maintenance issues, to the way they communicate with you in making sure you’re taken care of…. Even if it’s only 8 degrees Celsius outside in the dead of winter!

Well I was previous tenant with premier property.. but you know what god don’t like ulgy so trust and believe me they getting exactly what they deserve. The men and women both know they wrong tried to screw me over but guess what. The same exact apartment I rented from them last year still empty again. Lol foolish owner and that women they both know who they are., good day ppl
