We've worked with Prime Lending to buy two homes now, and both times we had great experiences. We shopped around to compare rates, and Prime was very competitive both times. We talked with other lenders to compare products and options; but many other companies are clearly only in it for the money, where Prime Lending prioritizes personal relationships with their clients. Our Loan Originator at Prime was Caleb Boone. We've worked with him both times. And each time we talked he was 100% transparent-- nothing hidden. He was patient with all of our questions, no matter how dumb or repetitive they were. He checked in with us regularly through the process, and explained every step. He's very knowledgeable, but never pretended to know more than he did. If he was unsure, then he told us up front and then went searching for the answer. I really appreciate that!

The other departments (under writing, appraisals, etc.) were quick and efficient. They caught a few small errors we had made, and helped us to correct them right away.

After buying our 1st home, Caleb even stayed in touch after our mortgage was transferred to another company so that he could notify us about interest rate drops and ideal timing for refinancing. And he did! And so we've always felt confident that we had the best possible deal on that house.

I will not hesitate to work with Caleb and Prime Lending again in the future, and I eagerly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing property in Northern Arizona!
