There is absolutely nothing "professional" about pro management. No matter how urgent your problem is, no matter how on time you pay your rent, they will not do the one job they are being paid to do; service your basic living needs. I’ve dealt with constant plumbing flood problems completely ruining personal expensive items of mine, poor quality repairs, zero communication of the managers, and they have the audacity to raise rent often or shut off water to the whole complex randomly. Problems are never permanently fixed, only poorly and temporarily fixed until they fall apart again. If you're lucky enough to actually get one of the office workers to pick up the phone after calling multiple times, don’t expect urgency or real human concern from them. I'm honestly surprised this company hasn't gotten sued for breaking the law and not meeting basic California code. Slum lords!!

I am a homeowner and live next to a rental. They have an extremely overgrown tree on the property and haven’t took care of it for years and my poor mother-in-law had to pay for some of the tree services. I’ve called multiple times complaining about this tree. They either hang up on me put me on hold or tell me that it’s not my problem, extremely disappointed in this group I don’t know what else to do. I guess I’m gonna have to take it up with a lawyer or with Edison or with code enforcement. What a complete horrible place and I feel so sorry for people that have to rent from them

this whole company is a scam. don’t work with Erika, she takes advantage especially if it’s your first rental. she made it seem like we were getting a unit, she checked our credit and charged us for the application, had us get a cashiers check for first months rent/deposit because SHE set up an appointment with us to sign for the unit and gave us a move in date. Just for her to tell us the day before our appointment that somebody else that works beneath her in the office rented out the unit. Seems very shady and nothing adds up, she tried to make up a story but it’s just lies. Look elsewhere even tho you think it’s affordable and will work out. Huge waste of time and now we’re out of $100.

They are horrible, scammers. Do not trust or rent there. This is how low they are. They tried telling me I never paid my rent for the month, I will pay on time with a money order and said the money order I paid with was fraud, it turn out that they kept and stole the money and try to recharge me the same month again. They will never fix anything and won’t answer your calls. Don’t trust Michelle, and Martha they steal your rent payment and try to make you pay the rent again. Now on to the better business bureau.

Living here already about four months terrible experience haven’t came and fixed Nothing in my apartment since day one I’ve been having an issue with the toilet now it’s done resulted in a pipe busting downstairs Above my garage, then I come home and the top ceiling on my bathroom, a pipe busted and now the ceiling and inside of the wall is caving in and they haven’t came n fixed it bathroom is currently flooded

My advice to anyone who rents from them make sure you get a hold of code enforcement if you have any problems because that’s the only way to force them into actually fixing what’s wrong. I just moved in about three weeks ago and we’re already having a lot of issues with the company after being told one thing before we even signed the Rental agreement To it being a whole different situation after we got in the place. No walk-throughs or anything and a lot of negligence.

Nayiely Carrillo is amazing she made sure she gets everything done for me and my kids she’s very sweet and great at her job my water heater wasn’t working and she made sure to send someone to fixed the problem. So me and my kids can have hot water, I also wanna thank Rickey Garcia because he went above and beyond to make sure my water heater was working and he fixed the problem within an hour thanx you pro management

Had a rough experience to say the least. But once Ana took over she made everything smoothly ! Don’t let the reviews on here discourage you go in there and ask for Ana she’s gonna make sure you have everything you need to be able to get into your place ! She will even work extra hours if that means you get in your place . She is the best that this place has to offer . Forever greatful for her and what she has done for me and my family
