As a Realtor I know the importance of finding a good, reliable, honest and skilled contractor. When we personally put a home under contract, the first thing I did was have Nate go inspect the roof. It did end up needing replaced. Pro Plus not doing a new roof would have been the only deal breaker for me. I wanted a quality roof that I wouldn't have to give another thought to. I can't recommend Pro Plus enough!

I don't usually write reviews. As a matter of fact, this is the first review I have ever written. First of all, we would like to thank Nate, Tana, and their entire crew for taking such good care of us as their customers and of our home and property. From the beginning of our home repair journey to the end of the job, we had a great experience with Pro Plus and are thankful we went with a local, hometown company. Tana is an amazing lady, so kind, caring, and knowledgeable. She made sure every "T" was crossed, and "I" was dotted with our insurance company and made us so comfortable dealing with the paperwork involved. Nate was also very knowledgeable, answering all of our many questions with patience and understanding that this was a very important project for us. We take great pride in our home, and so did Nate. Their crews that replaced our roof, our garage doors, gutters, and siding were all very professional and efficient. Thank you Pro Plus for a job well done and in a timely fashion.

The workers of this company are not only highly skilled but also mindful of not leaving a mess behind. I am ecstatic with them. I patched all the holes during a recent roof repair and replaced any missing shingles. Their employees restored all functionality. I highly recommend them.

So...this has been a ride...3 months ago I got a quote and their "system" was supposed to put me on the schedule, and it dident. So after waiting a month, I called them and talked to someone who said they would get me in that Wednesday and I waited yet another month, then just past week I called them and they said they would guarantee to be here on Monday.....its now Wednesday and nobody has shown up, I called them today to confirm it was monday, and it was, so I told then to cancel because I gave then 3 chances. As a company if your not able to fulfill going to the customers house to fulfill a appointment, then what makes me think you will actually do good work? Could do 0 stars. Please choose a different roofing company when looking for one

Also one more thing...you could have communicated that you would be late or not show up at all, and if you blame it on being one person, then thats a problem you have to figure out. If you don't hire more help. That's on u

The roofing company we hired performed an excellent job fixing our leaky roof. They found the issue fast and resolved it effectively. They gave us some maintenance advice to avoid more problems, and the cost was reasonable. Excellent assistance!

Kris and his crew came over to our house for a roof inspection since we’d been facing a few issues. It turned out that the recent hail had left a few shingle marks on it but thankfully, the team knew how to repair it too. They fixed it in no time. We’re very grateful!!
