Due to mold in our kitchen cabinets, they moved us to a different unit. However, I had to call and email them multiple times, with all calls being ignored. I even had to contact the Prox Management office in Kansas and other locations just to get them to transfer my call back to the Bentonville office. They then let us choose a new unit, and we selected one nearby to make the move easier.

Before moving in, I asked them to clean the apartment, as there was dust in the dryer and washer, used utensils from the previous tenant, and hair in the sink. I gave them a full week to clean, and when I checked at the end of that week, nothing had been done,not even removing the dead bugs or cleaning the floor. I contacted them again, and they rescheduled our move-in for Christmas Eve, promising that the cleaner would arrive at 8 AM and finish by noon.

When my roommate and I returned after noon, we were surprised to find that only the floor had been cleaned. The dishwasher, dryer, and washer were still in the same condition, as shown in the attached photos. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience

Met with Dustin on October 30 to evaluate my property. I had some cosmetic issues that needed to be addressed and was taking care of those after that I was supposed to get in contact with him again. On November 18 I got in contact with him and showed him where I was keeping a key so that he could take pictures and list the property. he said he would have it listed in the following week. In the end from a tree fell and then we had to take care of that before he could take pictures. We took care of that and he said he would have it listed in the following week. It has now been three weeks later And a total of a month and a half since we talked about my property and it is still not listed. He has made no attempts to return my calls or tell me what the issue is that is hanging us up from listing my property. For a company that called me to solicit me for services this is pretty poor performance. No way to grow a business. Dustin is very nice and cordial but lacks follow through

I contacted Silja and Pro-X properties back 2 months ago. She clearly was not just about her commission and the money that she could make off of renting a property out. She took my very sensitive personal information that involves a not so perfect picture and assured me that I wasn't the only one with a less than perfect resume and found a place that I could move into with my teacher. Matter of fact she found a perfect place. Moving costs, money and a lot of it. She didn't get upset when the lump sum payment I was waiting for was put out for another month. She respectfully responded That when that payment came, she would be there to assist me. I am so very grateful for her compassion. Pro-X is a great company. I highly recommend them.

Everyone is very professional & easy to work with. Always a prompt response time on maintenance issues with quality work. Friendly reminder emails about rent, maintenance and even freeze warnings. They make you feel like you actually have someone you can call if there is a problem. You dont feel like you need to hide from them.
