The property manager has a very slow response rate when you reach out to him about issues with your unit. Same with your maintenance requests. There are only 3 washing machines and 3 dryers for the complex, and one of the washers is always broken. Would not recommend for long term stay.

I'm so pleased with Park manor apartments the way the property manager Gladys helped me,ever since the beginning until I finally was approved to move into the building.
Im really enjoying living here I feel safe, they keep the building clean, definitely friendly neighbors, no loud noises it really feels home.Definitely recommend this place to Family and Friends. Thank you Gladys and thanks Property management.

I'm constantly requesting maintenance, and they're constantly being overlooked/ignored. But I'd better pay that rent on the first every month, and not ONE minute later, or else it's "3 days or quit"! It's a shame to be treated this way by corporations. All this company cares about is profits, not people.

Rent has been going up every year yet, the buildings plumbing is terrible …low water pressure, constant leaks ( apts , garage , roof )

I will have to eventually move…better to pay higher rent in a place that is better maintained.

There are constant noise issues ie, Emergency Exits, excessive noise from neighbors, ( nothing gets resolved )

If you get a storage unit where a car is parked in front but the car doesn’t move it’s difficult to get your things. You are then told “ well all residents should know that it’s a risk. It makes more sense that residents who have cars in front of storage units be told that, you may need to move your car from time to time. ( cars are made to move ..storage units are fixed compartments ) just makes sense.

It seems that there is little professionalism anywhere.

I’m fed up! Now when others are being excessively loud…So will I. I better not hear anything from anyone either.

Your receptionist is very unprofessional and very rude, in the middle of me asking her questions about rental properties available she hung up the phone on me. What kind of company are you running where you have no respect for potential renters let alone the public. Do you treat all people like that, where the receptionist doesn’t want to talk to you anymore so she just hangs up on you in the middle of you talking. Well this let’s me just how prejudice this company really is. This incident occurred on Jan. 15, 2024 @ exactly 11:14 am. I will be sure to tell every business person I know just what this company is really like.

I have been living at fuller Martel apts for almost
Two years now and have seen a few property
Managers come and go. A lot of small things would fall through the cracks for
Services. But when Kenneth came to the property he took control and found the right staffing and took care of the services we all want and expect when we rent a unit. He is smart , friendly and driven to make our experience as tenants as homely and comfortable as possible. Thanks Kenneth!

Property Management has always been helpful whenever I’ve had a service request, and they maintain the building well. The onsite apartment manager is also pleasant and responds promptly, unlike other apartments I’ve lived in.

El Cordova Apts - The leasing staff and maintenance crew are great! The living quarters are comfortable with spacious bedrooms. However, the three stars are for the laundry rooms. The require updating or better yet should have in-unit laundry for the price. The structure needs updates and new paint.
