I was so blessed to have Steven take care of the leasing arrangements for my 80+ year old mother, since I live out of state, after she purchased a rental income home. He even went above & beyond with arranging the HOA payments so my mother didn't have to worry about it after losing her husband of 65 years. Knowing he's taking care of things, & even emails me a notice of her rental deposit, has really set my mind & my lovely mother's mind at ease. I would definitely recommend him & his company!

I’m 70 yrs old and seldom do I come across someone I am , not only sooooo happy to refer, but also feel sooo lucky to have my back !!! Steve and his co. Is worth every penny and more !!! With management companies…. You need trust, and confidence to hand over the reins !!, I was finally able to enjoy my life once handing over my rentals to Property Management Co. Heartfelt thanks !!!!

My partner and I found our dream home and I called Steve to set up a showing and apply for the property. He asked me questions about our household which I openly shared, including the fact that we had 2 service dogs. He asked further questions about the dogs in a condescending manner (which I answered even though I did not legally have to) and he said to call back the next day because they weren't showing the property yet. I called back the next day (Wednesday) and he told me he still didn't have time to show the property because the tenants were still there and to call back on Monday. Fast-forward to 8:30 Monday morning, I call Steve and he lets me know that the property has been rented because the first people he showed it to were well qualified. My partner and I were extremely well qualified and Steve discriminated against us because of our service dogs, never giving us the chance to view the property. Maybe this was a blessing in disguise, I wouldn't want to deal with a landlord who spoke down to me because of my disability. 0/10 do not recommend.

I was a resident at a property that had a number of management companies during my tenancy, all pretty bad. Property Management & Leasing was brought in shortly before I moved out. Steve was extremely respectful and did what he said he would at every stage, clearly the best management company we had. After moving they refunded my deposit and my pro-rated rent promptly and completely. I have only good things to say about PM&L and Steve Bernath.
