We've had the misfortune of dealing with Pam and her office, and it's been a disastrous experience. Despite our repeated attempts to address legitimate concerns, we've faced dismissiveness, lack of transparency, and retaliatory responses.

I have never experienced the level of care and professionalism from any landlord/property management company. All of the staff at Property Management of Virginia that I've had the pleasure of meeting and working with have been amazing! They are courteous, honest, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any question or concern. Not only am I impressed with the staff, but I also appreciate how well they take care of the homes they manage. When I rent from Property Mgmt of Virginia, I don't have to worry about any hidden issues within the home. I can rest easy that they have cared for this home as their own.

I don’t use this company personally, however, my neighbor does. There was an issue with their tree towering over our property, low limbs, large broken branches, had they broken off, it would have taken out our privacy fence. I contacted the manager and within a few weeks, the situation was taken care off.
The tree turned out to be diseased and would have continued to have problems. Thank you Eric, for your diligence and help with this matter.

When we first moved here 4 years ago, we needed a place quick! Eric and Pam worked with us to quickly secure a place. Through the years they have been great to work with. Very quick when it comes to any maintenance calls no matter how big or small they were. The price for the apartments is unbeatable. Property Management has to be one of the best that I've had the pleasure of renting with. I would recommend them to any one in their future needs.

Me and my family moved in 2 years ago. The staff was always nice Eric, Andrew Pam all of them have always been so sweet and helpful. If i ever had an issue i would contact PMV through the tenant portal and the issue will be resolved. We are now moving to another state and will miss VA and our cozy little home of memories with pmv.
