Our HOA used PM1 for more than 15 years. In the last few, their customer service steadily declined to the point where we had no choice but to replace them. Maintenance requests were routinely ignored. Tribal knowledge wasn't transferred to new employees. Each new property manager was more apathetic and incompetent than the last. Even Karen, the owner, no longer seems to be paying any attention to customer feedback. We switched a few months ago and the difference has been astounding.

I noticed that PM1 had their Google reviews written by employees. That said, I thought I would add an unbiased perspective. PM1 is a below average management group in the San Francisco Bay Area. They managed my old complex and did a horrible job. The building was falling into disrepair and constantly dirty. In addition, their property managers are woefully under qualified.

Just awful. Rude people work there and complaints go unanswered. The building i lived in was dirty with lights out in the garage and leaks in the wash room.
