In business, you have to be forward, honest and direct while maintaining a courteous and professional composure, all of which I experienced with Lola and Property Star Management. It can be difficult to find integrity and ethical people to work with when it's business and I appreciate how comfortable it has been to work with this company. I highly recommend!

It was good, the day that we met with Lola Traylor of Property Star in Tehachapi. We signed, with her, to take on and manage our commercial property, which had been a challenge. Lola has been managing, for us, for several years now, sometimes taking on very difficult situations, including finding new lessors. She takes on clean up and repairs with the help of her “know how to do everything,” employee, Chris, who is a Contractor and her right hand man. He deals with remodeling, clean up and repainting interiors, etc., while paying close attention to detail. Need we say more? Thank. You Property Star, Ken & Livvy Caskey

Property Star Management is a great company! They are very courteous, professional, and hard working. The home I’m renting is beautiful, well taken care of, and is a good value. I had a few things that needed taken care of. I texted the manager and she took care of it right away with professionals who came right away. I highly recommend renting from Property Star.

Lola Traylor, Property Manager at REMAX is a very pleasant individual to work with. It was no time at all that she had my place rented and the quality of the new tenants was excellent. She's fast, accurate and efficient. High quality work on her part. Glad I made the decision to work with her.

I was a tenant for over three years in a property managed by Lola at PMI Property Star. I recently moved out and feel that Lola does a terrific job of protecting both the owner's and the tenant's interests fairly. The construction of our new home was completed a few month ahead of schedule, which was a few months before the lease was up. I let Lola know immediately and she was able to have another tenant lined up within a few weeks. I would absolutly reccomend PMI Property Star to anyone.
