It is an absolute pleasure working with Paul Lopez at property sourced and his team. I had the pleasure to work with Paul and meet him in person. The one thing that stood out right away was that he extended a hand further and met with me at my property. I bought my house 10 years ago and lived in it until I moved away with my partner. I went back and forth between selling and landed on trying my hand at being a landlord. I had no clue where to start so I tried a local well known PM company who had a good reputation. Unfortunately they weren't staffed to handle a pipe leak that occurred leaving my home empty for 9+ months and tens of thousands of dollars of loss. Next, I found a smaller scale PM since I figured I was in the clear for large issues. It also didn't work out and I was disheartened about my choice to rent out my property. Claribel is awesome. Paul is less than ideal, he is more interested in representing the renter and not the landlord.
Rebuttal; property sources did not identify true issues with the rental. Damages to the garage door, damages to the property. These issues were not addressed until the property was vacant.
