A terrible service organization with people at this location that match. I would not recommend this group to anyone. They make doing business a real difficult ordeal and too difficult especially with them supposedly being a "customer service" type business. What a joke

Here from Michigan working for company with no direct deposit. My CU informed me they were networked with Provident. I stopped in and was able to deposit my check to account back home no problem. Staff very friendly and professional, was in and out in minutes. Thanks, much appreciated 🙂

I made the switch from big bank to credit union and am so happy with that choice. Much smaller minimums THEY will pay ne back for fees from ATMs, really I could go on for quite a while okn all the things I love about provident. I just wish I had started with them as my first bank instead of Citi or Chase.

the manager refused to help me when trying to open a new account and when I called 800 number they said that manager failed to follow the company's guideline. I try to take my business somewhere else.
