I filed a disputed on my credit card as someone charged my secured credit card twice in February. Upon discovery of this unauthorized charges. I filed a dispute immediately. Yesterday, I called back the customer service because they had been calling me, guess what she was reminding me about $25 charged for not paying on time. I told her my card is closed for fraud and I don’t have the replacement card yet. She said it is still my responsibility to pay for my card regardless of fraud or dispute. So I told her, it is a secured card, it is my own money that I deposited into that card and why are you charging me for late payment, in fact it has been since February that a dispute has been filed with all the reasons as to why has been communicated to your dispute center. Until now, no resolutions yet. Other banks, the disputed money will reversed back to the owners account in contingent of the findings. It has been a nearly 2 months of dispute without a resolutions. I am annoyed and frustrated with their service.

The Bankers at the San Ramon branch provide excellent customer service, especially the branch manager, Elisha Fiel! Ms. Fiel went out of her way to make the impossible possible for me on a Saturday afternoon. Ms. Fiel's patience, kindness, and professionalism is a breath of fresh air. I will drive the extra miles just to bank with Ms. Fiel and her banker team.

I just want to take time to complement the branch manager. Her name is Robin Mac Donald.
I was targeted by a scammer who had access to my bank account, was taking money out in a fraudulent way when I found out that these people were not legit. I panicked
I left retail banking years ago and joined Provident credit union who has been awesome when I told Robin my problem, she stopped everything she was doing call me into the office as I was conversing with one of her tellers, and she change my bank account number for me immediately she was trying to think of ways just to get me out of the mess that I was in
I thank you so much Robin for saving my financial Reputation she close that old account and gave me a new one and she took time to do all the paperwork and it was pretty lengthy. Thank you so much Robin for your great hospitality. People are often not recognized as they should be. I just want to give you five stars for excellent customer service . .

I made the switch from a retail bank a few years ago and have never looked back. Provident has one of the best interest checking accounts I’ve found nationally and offers a solid cash back card.

At this location, Staff is always friendly and ready to help. Facility is clean and modern. Now, I’m much happier knowing that I’m part of an establishment that focuses on the local community and supporting their members.

I was having problems with my online banking, the bank itself has great customer service. The San Ramon branch has wonderful bankers and good service.

The online banking system needs an update as it charges odd fees and things like that.

Good front office, but the back office failed to let me know the bad decision they made. So I had to go to office personally to find out.
Anyway, I am giving the rating here only based on Front Office Team because back office with whom I had concern is not located in the branch. Many Thanks to Branch Manager Alicia for trying to get feedback and trying to solve problem and explaining me how things work between front office and back office.
