I had the pleasure to be helped by Reyna Gutierrez who did an amazing job. She is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, personable, caring, and went beyond the call of duty. I've never had such an amazing experience dealing with a banking institution like this. The branch manager was very helpful in the process of signing me up for services. I'm very grateful to both.
