We had an amazing experience with Purpose. Their team (Brady, Jordan, and Nila) were thorough, explained everything up front and were a delight to work with. The group (because there's more than one person involved in the design) are all super talented and each have their own design specialty based on what you are trying to accomplish or what your needs are. We used them for a recent condo purchase in Okoboji. They met us at the condo in-person, asked questions, took photos and discussed what we liked and didn't like. From there they created the design and a full presentation was made to us at their studio. It was very cool to see the empty spaces come to life. Once you finalize what you want based on the presentation...They handled EVERTHING from start to finish. We literally did nothing as they worked their magic. Best of all they work with any budget...so if you want high-end, they'll design that! If you have a smaller budget...they'll work with that. Great experience and they will definitely be my go to designers for any future projects or even current needs at our new condo. Bottom line: I would highly recommend them!

Average service. The owner imposes her choices on you instead of understanding customers choices and or needs. She’s very inappropriately nosy between the customer couple. She tries to be like oil to the fire and she’s the one that tries to light the fire in the first place.Exorbitant prices for very narrow and okay quality pieces that you have to order without even looking in person.The service provided is generally average. The owner imposes her preferences on customers rather than understanding their choices or needs. She exhibits an inappropriate level of intrusiveness between the customer couple. Her attempts to escalate the situation are misguided, and she herself initiates conflicts. The prices are exorbitant for items of limited options/quality with narrow room for any specifications that must be ordered without the opportunity to inspect them in person.
