Room was on par for what you pay for. It’s not a 5 star resort by any stretch but it did the job. Would stay here again if I needed to. Priced well within budget and it wasn’t a dump like some of the other hotels nearby. Right next to the interstate, which was great.

I have stayed here 5 nights in the last 2 weeks for business. The first 4 times were ok. The hotel itself is great value. The staff however are prejudice to people of color. Almost as if they are scared to interact. By the way I’m a 6’3 280 44 year old business professional. I checked out about 15 minutes late and they failed to even ask me if I enjoyed my stay or offer a receipt. This is unacceptable considering they greeted the Caucasian family and accommodated them immediately. This has to change. I will start by not staying at this particular establishment anymore. Please review your stay good or bad to help change how they value us as customers. #ourmoneyisgreen

First, the location stated it was supposed to have truck parking and we had a large U-Haul so we really needed it. Upon arriving, we realized it does not have truck parking at all. It was also really hard to get in and out of the parking lot because there’s a lot of construction going on in front of the hotel, it’s a single, tight lane and it’s almost impossible to get out with a U-Haul. We had a late check in, which I had already called ahead and informed them we wouldn’t be there until about 2 o’clock in the morning since we were driving from another state. The guy behind the desk stated that he was new and it took him 30 minutes to locate my reservation and then tell me that the charge hadn’t gone through. I pulled up my bank statement and showed him where I was charged for the room. Finally, we were given one key for three adults in a room. When we got into the room, it had a pullout sofa bed, which we needed, it had no sheets on it, so I went back to ask for sheets upon which I was given what it look like a curtain, a flat sheet to lay on, no fitted sheet and one pillow… The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and was badly stained. But this wasn’t the worst thing. The room had deodorant pucks stuck into the air-conditioning unit and it was over powering. The next morning, my toddler pulled down the cushions from the sofa bed and we noticed they were badly stained chalky white, like, I’m not even gonna say what it looked like. The next morning I took a look at the offerings for breakfast. It was dry cereal, bagels, they had some batter for waffles, these really small prepackaged muffins and an apple, but that was about it. I went to the desk to check out and let them know all of the issues we had. I was told by the desk clerk that he wasn’t the manager, and that the manager wasn’t in, but he would pass along the message. I would never stay here again, and I don’t recommend anybody else staying there.

This hotel is a gem. Better than all the surrounding hotels nearby. Great location! Absolutely no bugs or filth! The attendant Roy was very helpful, courteous and kind. The first thing we notices was that the lobby was immaculate and smelled good. Than the hallway was clean, and we got to the room and it smelled great, excellant use of air fresheners.
Breakfast was good, bagels, toast, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, cereal, juice coffee, tea, hot chocolate, muffins, not a bad spread.
There was a grill to use outside, even though the pool was closed, we still had use of the grill and a gazebo.
Again I want to say Roy was a true gentleman and made our stay very comfortable. It's people like him amd the outgoing housekeeping staff that earn a hotel a 5 star rating.

Excellent location, for a night stay while traveling,, room was very clean as was the lobby,,,, breakfast was good/simple but that's all we require,,, easy to access even with the necessary road repairs being made...

This place was fine. It’s an older hotel but seemed to be well maintained, nothing fancy at all though. The room was very clean, bed was pretty comfortable, and the shower was hot and had good water pressure. The staff was kind and helpful.
