She goes above and beyond -- answering my stupid questions, dealing with my clients when they need additional insurance details -- she even once delivered something to my house that I needed. We just finished going through a couple of relatively painful procurements that required specialized insurance -- and Allison made it happen. No complaints, no issues, just fast response service -- above and beyond what you would normally expect. RH Nicholson is the ABSOLUTE BEST when it comes to insurance!!! And I don't just mean one type of insurance...I mean EVERY TYPE OF INSURANCE. I have been with them for over 10 years now, so I can say with absolute certainty that their customer service is second to none.

George handles my personal lines, and I can't tell you how helpful and responsive he is every single time I have to annoy him for something (which is often). On the commercial side, I have the pleasure of working with Brian, who is as knowledgeable about insurance as he is nice and honest as a person. Seeing as he's the nicest, most honest person I've ever met, that's saying a lot. I also have a life insurance policy through them, which is the same coverage for a lower premium than my previous provider.
