I rent an office downtown from RH Porter, and it's been a fantastic experience. The rental process was seamless, and Rick, the landlord, is very professional and courteous. The management is also proactive in ensuring the building is maintained and secure, and there's a pride of ownership that I rarely see with other managed office buildings. I frankly don't understand the previous reviews, but I would highly recommend RH Porter to anyone considering renting from them.

Lived in a small condo property off Foothill Blvd from 2020-2021 owned by Rick Porter. House was in terrible condition. Carpets were extremely dirty, bathroom windows were not fixed, bathroom fixtures were not in good condition, kitchen was outdated with some broken parts, and downstairs had exposed drywall and some fixing that was never tended to in my entire year there. Overall, hoped for better service and care from landlord and his rental managing agency. Seems that he owns/owned other properties next to mine, and most of them were also in the same dirty conditions. My old roommates apparently heard about how Rick bragged about how he built and designed each of the small properties, but it was one of the worst designed house layouts I have ever seen. Would be great to see a landlord who takes care of his tenants and properties instead of just collecting a check each month.

Liars.point blank.stop taking advantage of less fortunate people. They do it because they can..their words!not mine
