We have had Radant Insurance for over 20 years. During that time we only had one claim and that claim was when our car started on fire due to a factory defect. Radant's employees do not follow up or return calls efficiently. We actually did not receive a notice when our original agent retired. She was gone for almost a year before we knew she was no longer with the company. We have cancelled our policies because we have moved, but after more than 20 years with the same insurance, I believe we could have at least expected a personal call from our agent.
