I got one statement in the mail. It looked like they balance billed me (big no no) and so I did not pay. I wanted to check everything with my insurance company first. No phone call from Radiology Consultants, no other statements received either. 3 months later I get not one letter but FOUR! FOUR collections letters from Corner Stone. First off your illegally balance billing. Secondly you didn't even do your due diligence to let me know you were even going to send me to collections. Lastly when you send someone to collections you send the whole balance they owe you. You don't send them to collections FOUR TIMES for each copay (not actually my copay though). They ruined my credit score. My balance that they sent me to collections for was less than $100. Your horrible people.

Radiology Consultants are terrible. After meeting my maximum out of pocket deductible they tried to balance bill me $154.00 long after the fact. I asked them to resubmit the charge. When I contacted the billing department last out of Dallas, TX they said everything was ok. Then I get a notice a year after the fact and it is with collections Corner Stone Credit. There is a reason why Bridge Health is such a excellent option for Health Care in Fairbanks. The cost of health care is terrible and the billing of it is as bad as the cost.

NEVER got a billing statement in the mail, dialed their billing number several times in attempts to pay. The one time they picked up, they said I'd "have to work it out with my insurance," whatever that's supposed to mean (insurance had already cleared my EOB). But I DID get a call from Cornerstone Credit Services (debt collection) nearly A YEAR later!

Shady practices, nightmare billing department, devoid of professionalism. Overall NOT impressed!

Similar to another reviewer-radiology consultants are hard to reach and there is only a billing company in Texas to talk to. No one local. - I had received a bill from Radiology Consultants and I let them know I received my EOB from my insurance company and they showed a different amount due. I emailed them all the paperwork proving this and then was sent to collections. I went round and round w collections providing them the same paperwork and I was always the one following up and no one would callback when they said they would. Last year 2020 they said all was good and I never heard from either company until 11 months later. Now stating I owe more. I just got off the phone with all parties and I suspect fraudulent insurance processes. They are in network and then they still balance bill the patient?!?!. I have worked in billing for 18 years and something fishy is going on.

I had a very similar experience to many other people that have written reviews about this company.
They sent me to collections without sending me any bills in the mail or calling me. I reported them to the FTC, although I doubt the FTC will do anything about it.

I will avoid getting any X Rays at Memorial Hospital in the future unless they are the only option.

I just made two calls to them just to pay my damn bill. First they said push one if I was over 50. Like an idiot I did. Then the robot hung up on me when I said I was not interested in their offer. I called back and did not push 1 to say I was over 50. Ah ha! I thought. Then some lady came on to tell me all about the free device I had "won". No way could I interrupt her, finally after telling her I would hang up and she would not stop, I did. I'll mail the dang thing.

Management needs to look into why this company is not receiving insurance info from the referring doctor or hospital. There's a missing link, causing customers to be sent to collections. Then when you try and resolve things no one answers the phone at Radiology Consultants. I totally believe the review saying that paperwork was provided and then found out they were sent to collection. Someone isn't or doesn't know how to do their job, and/or misplacing things. 1 star is too much.

I heard a lot of bad experience about this company so I would definitely not to choose their service if I had an option. Unfortunately, this company is like a disease, something it is hard to get rid off. While we were waiting for our insurance to give us a final EOB, they already sent our bill to collection service, even the final bill is different from the original one.
