I am writing this because I have tried to ask for their help in regards to my current situation and they will not reply to me. The laundry room is very awful. The door doesn’t lock. Only 2-4 washers work, and some are filled with stagnant water. I’ve lived here since April and I know the same ones have been filled since then. The dryers don’t work, and today I paid $10 to try and get my clothes cleaned. I never put many items in and my clothes came out gross and soap all over them as if it washed and didn’t rinse and spin. I do not have anymore quarters to go rewash or to dry so clothes are currently hanging all over my apartment. I have messaged Sherrie and she does not respond. She was also here taking someone’s packages and mail out of their box today and saw all the trash all over the ground and just walked passed it. She knows about so many people having unauthorized dogs and not picking up the poop. She’s doesn’t do anything about people not leashing their dogs and a dog ran up on me today and her response was rude. ( I have it recorded) she doesn’t do anything, and discriminates against people especially those with mental illness. She also knows that so many unauthorized people
Use the pool and gaslights you if you tell her. Everyone is so scared to say anything, but I’m not. She really shouldn’t be managing these apartments. She’s very rude and manipulative. I had black mold and it’s still in the walls. Also, I have mice and she kicked out the neighbors and now I’m getting roaches in my apartment.

Your home will be infested with mouse poop, bad painted over remodels that comes off very easily, roaches that crawl everywhere and trash all over the complex. The owners do not sympathize with tenants what so ever.

Straight up this place is a whole dumpster fire. Let’s start with the laundry facilities. Trash. The don’t work and it’s expensive. Dumpsters are always full and trash everywhere. NO ONE CLEANS up their dog p00p. Sherry is the WORST and Carol ks her little puppet. They are rude and gaslight people. Roaches and mice galore. Nothing works, and I don’t even have screens on my windows. I have a baby and this group of Hispanic men are always OUTSIDE YELLING so much traffic playing music so Loud and drinking. It’s god awful. And don’t get me started on the pool. It’s not open yet, but last year I did not feel comfortable even going to the pool because they don’t care it’s it’s over taken by these same Hispanic men with their families. Taking their bbqs playing music loud, and partying at the pool. If Ben was smart he’d FIRE sherry and find someone who actually ares.
