When we decided to sell our home, Randy came to us and explained every detail. We had a firm number we wanted and Randy was able to make that happen for us rather quickly. At each bump in the road, Randy gave us specific information about what was happening and how it would be resolved. I had an outstanding experience selling my home with Randy. I had been stressed with anxiety for a few months leading up to selling my home dreading the process, updating what I'd need to do to my home before selling and all factors related.
Randy took away all the stress and anxiety and really just let me sit back. He reported what updates and repairs I needed to do to my home to prepare for the next buyer and maximize my return on investment. He was instrumental in facilitating every step of the way. He coordinated and hired all the contractors. Floors, carpets, kitchen, bathroom, and groundskeeping he got all of it done and hired contractors that did excellent work for an excellent price. Randy is really knowledgeable in our area in Daly City. I am very happy with the sale of my home using him.
