Switched to Range Community Insurance from a big name provider and the difference was immediate. All of the folks there worked to find us the best deal on home and auto insurance, explained all of the differences and options - and saved a ton on premiums. Recently went through a home claim and had zero contact with our former agent, got passed around to different #800 centers. I feel confident if we ever need to use our insurance again, we will have the right coverage and more importantly someone to help us understand the process.
