I was a limited partner investor alongside Ratel in the Jardinette project located at 5128 Marathon Street, Los Angeles, CA 90038 which was a historical apartment redevelopment. After taking legal action to force out the General Partner and taking over the project, there was zero communication from the Ratel group until we received an email stating that we had lost EVERYTHING due to the property going through a foreclosure sale. We still have no knowledge of what transpired in the end under Ratel's management.

Buyer (Investor) Beware. I was a limited partner investor in a multifamily project in Los Angeles alongside Ratel Investments. Ratel took over as the general partner and let the property go back to the bank through a foreclosure. This was done with ZERO communication to me and other limited partners. 100% of my investment was lost. You likely will not see this as a "Win" on their web site but you can certainly look up the records as part of your research. Property address was: 5128 Marathon Street, Los Angeles, CA 90038.
