We could not be happier with Ron and his team. They helped turn over our rental which needed lots of improvements. Ron has an extensive network of partner vendors that he drew upon to handle all needs with competitive pricing. Ron made suggestions and recommendations that helped us balance immediate needs, long term value and budget. He handled all vendor coordination and provide regular updates on work being done to the property. Once it was ready his team handled all marketing and found a quality tenant. BEWARE 🚩🚩🚩🚩

This company complete is a Waste of your time and money. They don’t know how to communicate with each other. Leaving prospective tenants and current tenants confused. We were Trying to rent a place and received SEVERAL DIFFERENT POINTS OF CONTACT for the one property. No one called to confirm anything all just emails and texts that were vague as hell.

We Had an appointment and they canceled 1 minute before our scheduled appointment. All because a walk up off the street came at our time? Literally the realtor said it straight to mine and my friends face. LMFAO what kind of customer service is that?!

LOL All they want is your money. We weren’t moving in till the later half of the month but they wanted almost 6 grand upfront as a holding deposit?!?!? How is that legal. They are literally just stealing from people. No where else in my entire life as a renter has it ever been like this. Super unprofessional. 0 stars for sure.

P.S their passive aggressive replies to bad reviews should be a big enough of a warning. They literally were trying to turn it around on their customers 😂😂😂❌❌❌❌

UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNERS REPLY: NOWHERE IN MY REVIEW STATES WE WERE UNABLE TO PAY. The issues at hand are that you all want a full month's rent for the 11 days of the month remaining? Most practices at best ask for a full security deposit AND AT BEST a prorated rent amount since the time of move in would have been so late in the month.

If you are a homeowner using this company for property management I would stay FAR AWAY and use a different company who is more qualified and knows how to give exceptional customer service. Ron’s customer service was always sub par during the entire process. It seemed like anytime we had to talk to him regarding business related things, it seemed like we were a bother, which makes no sense since we are the clients and we should be receiving awesome customer service all the time. It wasn’t until the end of the service is where we saw Rons true colors. We live in a different state and our property that was being managed by Ron was in the state he was in. When our tenants planned to move out we decided to sell our home and because we didn’t choose Ron to be our realtor he decided to have vengeance on us and stop all property management duties towards the end of our contract, which sucks because that’s one of the most important parts. He didn’t want to help with our tenants move out process, which makes no sense because that’s the whole reason someone hires a property management company to complete all duties from start to finish. Ron didn’t want to do the final walk thru with our tenants, he didn’t want to retrieve the keys, garage opener etc. He also refused to handle the security deposit. And there was no way we could handle these process from states away. So Ron left us high and dry and didn’t look back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL FOR ANY SERVICES. RUN! Also I’m sure Ron will respond to this saying “our contract ended” which is why he didn’t step in but again SCAM ALERT he intentionally made sure the date on the contract was for his needs where he wouldn’t be legally obliged to fulfill his remaining duties as the property manager. My thing is if the contract was up, why wouldn’t you still be a good human and help your clients who have been great/easy clients to work with and finish out the process? Instead of leave us high and dry to figure it out states away, all because he was mad we didn’t choose him as a our Realtor? Sounds super immature, unprofessional and cruel. It all worked out in the end we found a great realtor to help us in the end!

Horrible agency! Don't even deserve 1 star. I was scheduled to look at the same Banning rental property 3X in one week. Cancelled each time! I was at the property in person, got a text cancelling while waiting at front door. I spoke to same lady 3x said to bring credit report, proof of income, deposit money. This is ridiculous to treat future tenants this way. Make them jump through hoops, cancel on them and then at the end; give the rental to someone else! I'm outraged on how I was treated! The lady's name I believe was Julianne or Julian that I spoke 3X. Bad Reflection on the whole agency and who they represent as clients!

Ron served us very well while selling our house in Bloomington. We were lucky enough to see he had just sold a nearby home. We contacted him and he took it from there. We recommend him and Reaction Realty whole heartedly.
