Dishonest with rental properties. Promises to fix things and doesn't. Promises to pay for improvements you make and doesn't. Out almost $2000 for a deck, fence we put up for our dogs, and storage shed after she promised us $500 for it and didn't pay. Made excuses when we tried to talk to her in person and quit answering the phone when we called. Maybe good for buying and selling but not trustworthy with rentals. Have the text messages to back up my claims but would have cost more to file in small claims than the money she owes us.
