I've not had any issues with the management in the 5 years I have lived here. Maintenance is prompt and any delays are explained up front. The people hired to do the maintenance are consistently courteous and capable. Most recently the ceiling in my living room developed a large gash. A good chunk had to be removed, replaced, and repainted. The team who came to do the repair did a good job. The painters were polite and kept me informed of where they were in the process and how long it would take to complete. I am, in general, very happy with RPM and I can recommend them to anyone looking to rent.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO RENT YOUR PROPERTY THROUGH… without telling me they listed my house on the market to be rented out after a tenant broke their lease… all of this information is to be relayed to us as the home owners. They kept the money from the lease being broke and they are ignoring our calls. They also put the rent sign on the far side of the drive, closest to the property line instead of infront of the house after we called to confront the situation only to get argued with and told our house was never back up for rent.

I rented from Real Property Management of Central Arkansas for 2 and half years. They were always quick to solve any maintenance requests I had. 60 days after I gave my notice to vacate, I received my full deposit back. Would definitely recommend them for future tenants.

Very unprofessional. I’ve Had to constantly resend the same information. The property never reached out to me first I always had to contact them. I Put in an application for a property a month ago, when I called they had to “locate” my application and were just now going to process it…. A month later. I could never speak to anyone over the phone I was always getting transferred or some was going to “call me back” but of course it never happened. Do better.

I, HIGHLY, recommend this company for anyone on a property search! I have rented with them for almost a year and I have absolutely NO, complaints. Searching through properties is always a headache but they truly make it a BREEZE. Robbie, was very informative and jumped right on finding a property that I liked and always considered not over extending a client financially. After months of looking on Zillow and no success, I came across a home through Real Property and I had a property chosen within 14 days. Viewing was a breeze, I was able to do a self showing, and there was no long wait period. I was made aware of all the details up front! Since I’ve moved in, I have had very MINOR, maintenance issues and even when I do, the response time is always quick, updates are given throughout the process. The technicians are VERY respectful, commutative and hard working! A little reality, I lost my job and Laura was very understanding and she worked with me until I obtained employment again, I did not take that for granted on my end. My garage door broke late night and I submitted a maintenance request and within minutes, literally, Sondi was texting to make sure I was okay and my vehicle wasn’t stuck inside, she had a technician out within the week. The crazy Pulaski Co. storms uprooted a tree and tore my fence down and Robby had updated and assigned a technician to me within days. They app they use is super convenient for payments and maintenance requests. They offer virtual property checks. I have absolutely NO, complaints. I enjoy renting with Real Property Management. This company deserves TEN ⭐️!

Their communication skills are terrible. Everything is through email and texts. It takes them days at a time to get back to you, if at all... I’m almost upset for wasting $70 for the application fees 3 times for my sister brother and I but it’s ok bc we learned a valuable lesson in dealing with this company and that’s to NOT deal with them at all. The Realtor was Robbie Sherman btw.
