Cedar Creek Ct is a great place to live! Fair price for the area. Close to many different shops and places to eat. Apartments are clean and maintenance is always available when you need them.

Applied for an apartment in fort smith ar, rent is only 500 dollars and I make 1400 every 2 weeks and I got denied for not having any credit, after paying a 65 dolllar application fee mind you. This would be my first apartment. They said they wanted a co-signer. They just want you to cough up money for application fees just to deny you.
