Do not use this company especially the Bentonville office! They started out great 3 years ago. But eventually couldn’t reach anyone and at one point had someone call me back to repeat my message. My front railing on my house was rotted through and no one notified me. The wrong filters were in the hvac and refrigerator their supposed cleaning crew did a crappy job and they disposed of 1200 dollar custom shelves without asking. In addition it was obvious my tenant had been smoking in the house which was prohibited via the lease and his cat peed all over my rugs. They gave him back his security deposit even after I notified them about all of this. Total nightmare!

I had a very poor experience with another property management group in NWA so I was hopeful that RPM would be able to improve on that. I was very disappointed. RPM was great at selling their services to me as an owner of a rental in Bentonville. Once we had signed our agreement, the service was never great. Initially, they seemed responsive. However, our property needed some repairs from the recent storm and I could never talk to the person who handled the quotes and repairs. I sent several emails asking for a video walk through of the property and asked for her to contact me directly with no phone call (only email). When you call the company, you can never talk to a real person....it was super frustrating. We were only provided a single quote for fence repair in the 4 weeks that we used them and it was an incorrect quote on what needed to be completed. I asked several times for a manager to call me with no response, other than they "passed on the message." I discontinued services and was able to obtain multiple repair quotes on my own (even living out of state) within a week. They don't care about the property and seem to be overwhelmed and not willing to coordinate. It was an unfortunate lesson to learn.

My experience sounds like it was similar to others. We gave them a property to manage and Ashley did a fantastic job selling us that they were the ones for the job. Four months later after our property , that was a prime location near schools in Bentonville, our house still hadn’t rented. For the first 3 mo we never even have someone come look at it and constantly asked for feedback with no real help. Once we begin threatening pulling the contract all of a sudden there was multiple views on the home, but not one applicant and once again there was no feedback. We knew no one was actually looking at the home because due to an oversight during a vacation the electricity had been turned off in the home and the fridge/ freezer had melted leaving water on the floor, which had dried by the time we found the problem. We received excuse after excuse on our end as to why the property wouldn’t rent but no accountability on their end. It was all our fault. When we finally started the process to pull the contract (which made us pay for, even though they never even screened someone for the house) magically someone wanted to rent our property. The Property manager brought personal friends into the home during her work and was constantly rude to us. She lacked customer service and when they returned the keys and garage door openers she all threw but them at me. Don’t let the positive reviews fool you for you. There’s a reason the price is below industry standard!

Irish has been amazing, very responsive, sweet, and knowledgeable in the properties and process! I am relocating from out of state and her and the team accommodated me by sending a video of the property! Looking forward to moving in soon!

8 months ago, I gave them two of my properties to manage. Darin was great at selling me. 5 stars back then.

What they failed to do 8 months later is have good, clear, & concise communication especially after assigning me to multiple property coordinators. I’ve taken one property back. It would be great if someone could reply to my emails or, god forbid, someone answer a phone call in their office.

If this keeps happening, I’ll take my other property back also.

I have been in their housing for three years. RPM does a great job responding to issues around the property. Every place is going to have maintenance issues come up, RPM fixed all of mine over the years quickly. They also handle disputes quickly fairly and effectively! Great team.

The maintenance here is kind, friendly, and prompt. My apartment wasn’t left in the best shape when I moved in. (NOT their fault, I’m assuming nothing was reported to them properly after the last move out/ not inspected by the property management before renting out again) Despite my many MANY maintenance requests, they have been doing their very best to get everything in my new home fixed. I’m very grateful for all their hard work. It wouldn’t have been the same without them.
