Lanette was so sweet and knowledgeable! I had a question coming in to the tour of a property and she was already getting the answer when we walked in! Lanette was absolutely cordial and knowledgeable of the property being shown. She answered questions completely and the ones she didn't know was not put off for later but was addressed before the end of the tour through quick and precise research! Lanette R. was awesome! She had all the answers to the questions I asked as we walked throughout the home. She took pictures of a few things that need to be addressed in the home before tenants make it their new home which I thought was above and beyond. Lanette is also making time to walk through the home again with us when my fiance can join us.
