I highly recommend going with another rental company in the area. The apt was really gross when I moved in, a hole in the wall, cracks in the ceiling and dirty. They did compensate me for the poor move in quality,. But between that and all their ridiculous fees for accessing your online portal and processing fees. Look elsewhere for your rental needs. Trust me

I’f your thinking of renting your home Real Property Management is the way to go. Eric will lead you step by step in the process. We had never rented a property before so it was all new to us. There was no worries because Eric took care of everything. He knows all the ends and outs of renting your property. He had our house rented in 5 days after listed. It was a big deal for us to trust our home with someone and we are glad we put it in Eric’s hands. Now we can enjoy our life in Florida while he manages our house in Virginia. And we can sleep in peace at night.

As a client of Real Property Management. I have been extremely pleased. Erik has always been on top of anything that needs to be addressed and assisted me in getting the house prepared to rent. I moved out of state for a new job and really glad that Erik was recommended to me for managing my forever home in Christiansburg, VA. Within 10 days he had the place professionally cleaned and within a month it got rented, despite it not being the semester beginning when most leases are signed.
