Carlos was perfection. We are a family of 5, 3 kids under the age of 9 with the oldest being autistic. He worked around OUR schedules with 2 full times jobs, and our 3 kids that are a huge handle full. I tend to always have a hard time picking and choosing anything because the kids can be very hyper. If anyone can understand he made it super easy because with out his patience with my kids I don't think we would of found our HOME. He was totally fine when I kept saying this isn't what I want. Almost into 1 year of our purchase I would hands down say Carlos is the best if I needed to do it again I know exactly who I would call. Our house is a home now and everything is perfect in it. Not to mention he sold our home and we purchase within 2 months. Hands down the best!!!!

Carlos Portillo is hands down the best realtor I have ever dealt with. After my divorce, Carlos helped me find a rental home for my kids and me in a very short amount of time. He was always very professional, responsive and was flexible in accommodating my busy schedule. I appreciate the fact that he sent me tailored listings based on my preferences for a home (aesthetics, number of bedrooms, turnkey, etc.) and didn't waste my time showing me homes that didn't suit my taste.
