I tried renting out my property for two years on my own doing every bit of due diligence I was able to and both tenants I had in my property left me coming out of pocket every month to pay utility bills, or did not pay their rent at all. After speaking with rebate property management I knew they could find me a tenant who would not only pay on time, but someone who would love and take care of my property the way I would. Hiring rebate was the best decision I could have made for my property. I could not recommend them more!!

Horrible management company. Barely returns calls, does not fix any issues with the property in a timely manner, or at all. Overcharged rent on a home that proved to have been unsafe for habitation the entire 3 years we were tenants. Very rude, unreasonable, and uncompromising to loyal tenants. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We rented through Rebate Property Management (RPM) for 5 years. #TeamRPM was easy to work with… especially Lauren! When we had an issue, Lauren addressed our needs immediately. She intervened between us and the owner to find a solution that left both sides feeling listened to. I would work with this company again and highly recommend RPM!
