A rude man called on 4/14 at 1:09 pm MST. Asking for a person, I asked what was the reason of this call was. They said they weren’t able to provide that information, until I provided birthdate, full name and address. I told them no and they hung up.

Someone just randomly called saying I "owed a debt" and asked for my address. I said I cannot give you my address because I do not know who this is. The woman immediately hung up after saying, "That's fine, we'll send a letter to the address we have on file." You don't just call people randomly, asserting they pay a debt, and provide 0 information. You should have sent me the letter in the first place, so that I can verify the information with my bank. The lack of professionalism is out of this world. Whoever makes these phone calls should be fired. This is a world of scammers, and you're catching an attitude because you're cold calling people randomly, especially on ELECTION DAY? Be so serious. Get another career.

Maybe I should have asked to speak to a female representative, because all of the good reviews seem like they spoke to a woman and because the male I spoke to sure did have an attitude on him. "Understood" was his smart-a$$ response to everything. Sounded just like Ben Shapiro. This was for a bill I didn't even know existed because it was for a medical reason and I though insurance covered it. Refused to reduce any fees even though this was a misunderstanding and not something I was even aware of. Complete SCAM to add fees to a bill someone didn't pay, imagine if it was because they genuinely couldn't afford it in the first place. Not understanding at all attitude was basically "you cant just pay the bill you have to pay us extra on top" which makes no sense. SCAMMMMM with a capital S.

I also had my insurance do a 3 way call which Mr. sassy man said he couldn't do. I don't understand why either. Makes no sense

They are very rude! They keep calling me and won't give me any information unless I give them my social security number and I don't even know if they are legit because. I have 100% perfect credit and I am not sure why they would be calling me.

So first and foremost, this is a collection agency. No one wants to hear from them. And this has nothing to do with the process of that because obviously no likes the calls.

My issue is that I paid for something with this agency that should have never been charged. Cool, no big deal I took care of it and I am disputing that with the original company. The issue I have is that the people I have spoken to (with the exception of one) just do not know what they are doing and have no interest in helping.

I have been calling for well over a month because the day I paid I was told I would have a receipt mailed to me, as they cannot send out emails. They contain sensitive info, cool I get that too. But I have not received a receipt, every time I call they say it should have been there, and my more recent call, I was told that it was sent out a week after I was told it was going to be a rush delivery, and that I should be able to look at the charge on my statement as the receipt....

Now I am not sure if that is what they are being told or not, but a receipt and a charge on your statement are two totally different things, and the representative tried to tell me and was adamant about them being the same. This is absolutely unacceptable and it should not be that hard to provide me with a proof of payment and not directing me to my bank statement.

Again, this review is nothing to do with this being a collection agency, but just how they are run as a whole.

I have been trying to take care of this debt. Ever since I have began calling I have been disconnected while talking to a representative or disconnected before even speaking to someone. I have been doing this tirelessly with no response and therefore no answers. My amount owed was a certain amount for months, as I was watching it diligently, saving up to get out of debt. The morning after I called the first time, my debt rose $200. Overnight. Without them allowing me the chance to ever speak with them and get it taken care of. Shady.

Trying to get in contact with someone to have them removed due to the account from Patient First not being mine, I even have a refund check for over payment from Patient First. It's been 5 years since I went there and yet this pops up in my credit all of a sudden and they increase the balance owed every month. This place is horrible, they do not care about inaccuracies or tarnishing innocent people's credit.

She provided me with my account number and wanted to make sure I didnt have any questions or concerns with the debt while I had her on the line.
