i sent in an application after viewing an apartment i really loved, the realtor told me it would take 24-48 hrs for them to get back to me. it’s been about 5 days and i’ve called several times to see if i got approved or denied and every time i go to voicemail. this is really frustrating considering that i found my dream apartment and they have no concern for getting back to applicants.

Currently a tenant and have been trying to talk to someone on the phone about a fee on my account since December.. I have called 6 times, text and email all asking to be contacted back since the beginning of December. No one has called me. I have the owner of the house number and if no one calls me back by the end of the week, I will be contacting the owner.

This has been the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They are unresponsive, show no regard for tenant concerns, and fail to address issues in a timely manner. Phone calls and requests for assistance go unanswered. If you have any other options, avoid renting with this company at all costs. If I could leave a zero star review I would.

Crooks!! They will lie to keep your security deposit. The duplex I rented was a dump. They do not fix anything. I left it in better shape then when I moved in and they kept all of my deposit! I It has now been 6 months and after repeatly asking never received a written explanation of why they kept my whole deposit. By law they have 60 days. I am filing an ethics complaint against Bridges realty. I urge you to do so. Also I would love for others to join me in filing a lawsuit against this company. They can’t be allowed to continue to steal people’s money. We can’t let them get away with this.
Update..... 5 years later and never did get any of my deposit back or an explanation. Deposit was almost 1,000. Avoid this company at all cost. Landlords do not hire this company. Look at the reviews. Look at the 1.9 stars out of 5. Those speak for themselves!!!!

Super unprofessional.

Viewed & applied for a property on a Thursday. Friday we were told we would need a cosigner because our "credit is too low and debt is too high". I told them I do not have/need a cosigner that our credit and income should suffice. Chris and someone in the background then said "Okay no worries, We can work with it! Once we hear back from your current landlord, we will be good to go." I figured we had the property for sure.

Monday came along.. Silence.
Tuesday came along.. More silence.
Around 2 on Tuesday, I finally called and asked what was going on with our process. Chris acted like it was an inconvenience to talk to me and told me its not going to work because of credit/debt. Knowing our credit and debt to income ratio is better than most, I persisted since I needed answers. So I asked Chris "Well what credit score are we needing to be approved?" He replied, "A 640 or more." Let me state here, our credit was pulled way above a 640 (so not a valid excuse to not accept us as tenants) - this was something I continued to discuss with him and his response is "Well also your debt is too high". In which I replied that our monthly debt has been paid off and the total amount was pulled at ~ $414/month (we only have one car payment (and rent))... We make well over 100k a year and if credit & debt are their excuses to not rent to us, then so be it. Chris did tell me the previous tenants made LOTS of money (not sure what that means lol) so perhaps we just don't make enough for this company to rent to us.

I'm sure we dodged a bullet with these guys. The poor communication skills, lack of competency, & disrespect is definitely the reason this company only has 2 stars. There are so many other great property management companies in NWA. Prestige Realty (my #1 pick - fantastic management), Re/Max, NWA Pro Realty, etc. Hope this helps someone in the future!

I was a tenant at an address in the north-central area of Fayetteville. The apartment was in good condition and seemed to be recently improved. Although, there were some minor defects with shoddy paint. The cabinets and kitchen were oddly organized.

I had poor experiences with their maintenance services. They do not seem to have an on-call person, which delayed any prompt responses. We had two incidences with broken stairs. They were repaired and broke again at the same location. I and a roommate had fallen multiple times on them since the initial repair made a step lopsided.

They do not do regular inspections. which was admitted by an employee who showed my apartment. At the end of my lease, there was zero contact with Red Door. In fact, seemingly not aware of the end of my tenancy, they charged me for rent an additional month. Upon contact, this was corrected. While my roommate and I did accept a trash-out fee for furniture left, we did expect some end-of-lease contact in regards to the deposit and costs of the trash out. We did not. We didn't get a deposit back at all. I also did not hear about my pet deposit.

Overall, this management company seems to be unprofessional at upkeep and following up with their residents and awareness of their leases and deposits. I'm not sure why, but I hope they can improve.

My mom has been calling for over 3 months now for her security deposit and they've yet to deliver on it. Say they're gonna call back or get in touch with the person responsible for that but never do. Very unprofessional company. They do not care.

If I could give them 0 I would. One of the worst property management companies I have ever rented from. They do not uphold the clear terms of the lease. I.E. giving a 24 hour notice before someone comes. Also never fixed the washer. They came and screwed down the lid and never mentioned it again. Was not helpful in helping current tenants find a new place once one was sold. Absolutely horrible customer service. Good look getting them even on the phone.
