Michelle is absolutely amazing. Dealing with flood insurance is confusing and frustrating. It was a nightmare talking to other insurance agents and providers. Nobody else could clearly explain the process and the quoted prices were very high. Then I talked to Michelle, and it was a breath of fresh air. Michelle also was able to quickly modify the policy when the lender changed the requirements near the close date of our new house. First off, Michelle is a super nice person. You can tell she really cares about her clients and doing the right thing by them. Being an ex-cop, trust doesn't come easy....I was introduced to Michelle by another business person that was raving about her and what she had done for some people. Since Michelle is an Independent Broker, she is not beholden to any insurance company and can shop ALL of them for the best fit, unlike most brokers.
