I have rented two different houses from Redfearn and have been a tenant with them for several years. Both houses have been nice places and well maintained. I have had the usual maintenance items come up and they have always been friendly and responsive. Also, they have an online portal that makes rent payments and maintenance requests easy and convenient. I have had a great experience renting from them.

I have rented from Redfearn PM for over a decade. I have always found them to be very responsive whenever I had any issues with the property I was living in. When I lived in Houston, I had to go through hoops to get any maintenance done but with Janie, it was as easy as one phone call.

The best experience I can describe is having a hot water tank bust in the middle of the night. It happened around 2am. At 2:10 a maintenance guy was there shutting it off. The carpet was replaced within 3-4 days. Knocked it out of the park.

I have had 2 different properties through Redfearn Property Management now and they have been nothing but fantastic to deal with. We currently still live in one. The houses are kept up and are not junky. The maintenance man that we always deal with is great as well! I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for something nice to lease.

Had a very positive experience, from the moment we contacted them. We were able to view properties and move in within the time frame we wanted.
Any issues that came up were handled expeditiously and professionally.
Whenever we dealt with the office we had a good experience.
When there was any issues with the place we brought it to their attention right away and got it fixed so as not to cause issues later on. Was always fixed in a very short time.
Loved that they came out to inspect every quarter, to be sure that everything was checked and working right.
We'd rent again from them if still in the area.

This rental property management service is very poorly run. They can never be reached during business hours, and when messages are left it takes them several days to return. The main office manager is extremely rude, ill-mannered, discourteous, and down-right hateful.

If you are someone who does not fit their cultural standards, they will not help you in any way. They act extremely "put-out" to have to show properties, or give any information out about property listings.

I have been trying to get in contact with them for months about a property ... she always promise to call back and still til this day never returned the call.. I’m starting to believe that it’s a cultural thing because my other friend from a different culture got right in 🤔.. She intentionally filled it out just to see if she would get a call back!!.. They called her right back with 2 eviction 🙄🤷🏽‍♀️..
