I would never ever apply to rent from reed Property Management. All they care about is money. My mom was looking at a property in Oaktree to rent. You call a number pay I think it was .99 cent to open the lock box and look at it on your own. Than you can apply if you like it. We did that and the office lady told us we were the first to look at it but they don’t go by first come first serve if you have good credit and references. They go by how much money you make. So she told us my mom could not have the townhouse to rent because she made less income. And my mom is 74 years old on a fixed income but could afford this place just fine. But no she made less money. I think that’s Discrimination If you ask me also she had to pay I believe it was 50 or 75 dollars for a application fee. Since they denied her even though her credit was great and references was good since she made less money to bad. And we asked to refund her the money and they wouldn’t said no. They should not be able to get by with that especially on a 74 year old woman. I would never rent from this company.

I’ve been calling for the last two days trying to rent one of their properties and have not spoken to a signal person. I’ve left several voicemails and haven’t received a call back. If you’re the owner of 303 Langley Ave and your house is vacant it’s definitely because they refuse to pickup the phone. You should look into better management.
