We recently completed our 2nd transaction with RIM. The first was the acquisition of a fully leased, freestanding industrial building in the City of Santa Fe Springs. Rosey, Brittany and their entire team worked through all the buyer due diligence efficiently and in a timely manner, and the process to Closing went as smooth as any I've worked on in the recent past. The second transaction was for the re-tenanting of the purchased building. As we've come to expect from RIM, they were excellent to work with. From building refurbishment, to working through the entire marketing and negotiation process, we sincerely appreciate their integrity and deal making experience.

Was a resident of one of their apartments. Have moved out for more than 2 months and still have not received money that they owe me. I have tried the apartment office and they say that the RIM company has all of the information and would answer my questions. I called RIM and their secretary would not patch me through to the correct person to talk to or any person whatsoever. In fact they told me to contact the apartment directly. So now I am in a loop where the RIM tells me to contact the apartment but the apartment manager tells me to contact the RIM. How on earth am I supposed to get the hundreds of dollars that they owe me Also, after the 2nd phone call to the RIM, they blocked my number. This company is unprofessional and quite frankly very sketchy!!! Will now be suing them and taking legal action.

I've had the pleasure of knowing RIM's CEO for nearly 3 decades as a friend initially and ultimately became an investor in an apartment investment.

I can speak to the firm's commitment to fair treatment of all constituencies of their business--most importantly they understand that people who rent are stakeholders whom they owe a great duty to provide a meaningful community...this will allow all stakeholders to flourish.

As an investor, I've seen first hand their attention to detail, conservatism in due diligence, transparency in reporting and focus on creating value for residents and investors. My only regret is I have not invest in more of their projects! The firm's culture is one of integrity and outstanding performance which I experienced in a full cycle investment which spanned Covid-19.

They are exemplary stewards of capital and have my complete trust.

It has been 5 weeks since I was denied leasing at StoneCrest. I was told i should get my refund check back within 3 weeks or 30 days.. it is past both. I think it is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible for RIM to take this long to refund money back. If I was a renter You would have filed for eviction within 2 weeks if I did not pay, yet you think its ok to take over 30 days to refund my 800 dollars back to me. I will make sure to not recommend anybody do business with you.

They need to train their managers that run the business offices for the apartment complexes that they managed because I am dealing with a no complaint manager at the complex called Villas At Bandera in San Antonio. I have been displaced from my apartment since February 17th 2021 due to a busted fire sprinkler pipe that ruined my whole apartment. I paid for the month of March which I didn’t live in the apartment I paid for and have been lied to about repairs which still have not been completed and tomorrow is April 1st and of course they are going to be demanding rent and I still have no apartment to live in and they refuse to respond to any of my phone messages and emails to be released from my lease. I have emailed RIM management company but haven’t received any response as well. I wish I could give no stars because this company and the managers they have employed don’t deserve a 1 star rating. I have documented all dates of phone calls, emails sent and received, portal messages for all repairs, messages that have gone unanswered for what they plan to do for me, and I have lots of time and dated pictures of the damages and what they have been doing in the apartment which there is absolutely no way I will be back in the apartment anytime soon and I have a legal right to be let out of the lease because they have not Complied to the laws of timely repairs but I am being avoided at all cost. Next step is to get some legal help which I didn’t want to do but I have been patient long enough and I am out a lot of money due to this mess and insurance only covered half of what I loss due to water damage. And I could go on with the long list of the mess I have had to deal with since I moved in back in November 2020 with this said apartment but I am just wasting my time. JUST STAY CLEAR IS ALL I CAN RECOMMEND AND PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS. Sure wish I had at the time.
