I am a Broker myself and I live in the Lake Arrowhead area. I needed an investment property off the mountain and because I am so busy myself I reached out to Nathan to help me find the perfect investment opportunity for me and handle the transaction entirely for me. That takes trust and I absolutely trust Nathan. Obviously I know what is going on in such a transaction and how things should be handled so there is no room for error as again I would know if such had occurred.
I can honestly say I never once had cause to worry. Nathan is a professional and experienced and every piece of the transaction was handled as if I was executing it myself.
He is knowledgeable, honest and funny. He fights for his clients and is a skilled negotiator.

If I could give a 0 or negative star I would!

I have repeatedly asked Nathan Diones from Regioncy Real Estate—-NOT to send us, or call to try to get us to sell—-he always says he will make sure that we are bothered no longer—- and yet we continue to receive letters from HIM.

I have told him that in no way would I EVER deal with a businessman who will not keep his word. He HARASSES to get what HE WANTS!
