Fraudulent claim on a trusted debit card, and branch manager gave me a number to a Russian sex chat line. Had to wait until it posted Saturday and ended up using the number on back of my debit card, she was rude and kept asking the same question over and over, now going to have to wait up to 10 business day to get the money back in my account.

Manager was very rude and a Hispanic chubby guy was really rude. They would not help me at all. Will not come back to this branch again. Manager older shoulder white hair lady. Not happy. Very disappointed.

Great banking experience with fast efficient results on claims and any inconvenience one might face while banking. Great mobile app. Regions Always makes major problems a minor inconvenience with quick and simple steps and protocols. On sight debit card printing makes life easier an so much more convenient than having to wait 5-7 days for a new one. Shout out Pablo for working hard for me, being very professional and providing me with insight on better banking practices and habits as well as things to look out for regarding scams physical as well as virtual. Terrible bank. The branch in Albertville is the worst bank I have ever used in my life. These people refuse to help you with your account when the corporate office is saying your local branch is the only one that can help you. And yes, as other reviews have said, they will close your account for no reason and they do not tell you that it is closed until you need it and find out that you do not have excess to your own money. This is so very wrong for a place of business to act. This is very unprofessional and it should be under different management than this. Do not count on them helping you at all. No matter how good of a customer you are. It does not matter to them. You are the least of their worries. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

Regions closed my account and I knew nothing about it. Went to ATM and deposited a large sum of cash Remember now the account was closed according to this bank. I deposited on a Saturday and it's Monday and they said I want be able to touch a dime of my money till they reopen my account. I asked them when would that be? The rude lady said I could not touch a dime until Tuesday or Wednesday. Then she threatened to close my account that remind you was suppose to be already closed. Remind you this was a cash deposit not a third party check. I missed a business meeting in Georgia because I had deposited my cash in a supposedly closed account but it took my money and now I can't touch it. As soon as the money is reachable I will remove everything and go to another bank.

Will not answer the phone. Will hold funds after the sending bank has released them and will not communicate. The phone number online for this branch defaults to an invalid number after ringing multiple times.
