ReListo, and their co-founder Eric, has illegally held my security deposit for 3 weeks past the legal limit. Eric has not responded to my emails requesting it, now for over a week. This company is not a good steward for owners, as I have now had to go around them directly to my landlord himself.

Seems like they’re doing their job well if all the tenants give 1 star and all the landlords give 5…

Huge delays on requested maintenance, including water damage/mold and wasp removal. Incredibly arduous process to even get in touch with anyone — the property managers do not reply to tenant emails or answer phone calls or pick up their voicemails. We have been trying to get someone to call us back for 2 weeks. Maybe a review will finally get someone to give us a call?

I don't know what took me so long to enlist the services of a property manager,. It has been a total no brainer, and ReLISTO has filled the bill 100%. They have been Johnny-on-the-spot with every tenant request, keeping me well informed from initial request, to vendor selection, and completion of tasks. Shannon and her team have decreased my stress level a hundred fold, and I recommend them and their service without reservation. Kudos to the ReLISTO team.

If you are looking for the right tenant for you and your building, I recommend Eric Baird and ReLISTO. Over the years, every single tenant ReLISTO has found for me has been happy and content in the building because Eric knows how to match the person with the building. He is also talented at marketing and makes the whole process seamless and easy. He takes the worry away when there is a vacant unit.ReLISTO always comes through!
